I work with plant-based food as a way of creating atmosphere — paying close attention to balance, form, and how something is experienced beyond taste alone. My approach is slow and intentional, shaped by years of hands-on practice and a deep relationship with nourishment, rhythm, and restraint.
I’m drawn to simplicity done with care: clean ingredients, thoughtful compositions, and presentation that feels composed rather than decorative. The work reflects my interest in health, visual harmony, and creating spaces that feel calm, elevated, and quietly striking.
